The Alameda

Sustainable roadworks with the application of biopolymer for patching without environmental impact.

The La Alameda project involved the repair of 680 m² of internal streets using an innovative patching system using sustainable biopolymer. This technology, in addition to ensuring durability, eliminates polluting emissions and reduces noise by employing easy-to-use manual machinery. The project was an example of how innovation in materials and construction techniques can transform urban infrastructure, prioritizing community well-being and environmental stewardship. The work at La Alameda reflects Neo Estudio's commitment to practical, sustainable solutions adapted to residential environments.
