Basement Garage Office

The challenge of converting a basement garage into corporate offices was solved by Neo Estudio through a creative and sustainable approach. Energy-efficient mechanical ventilation systems, state-of-the-art LED lighting, and acoustic insulation were implemented to ensure comfort. In addition, recycled and low-impact materials were utilized, creating a space that combines functionality, aesthetics, and environmental efficiency. This project demonstrates how sustainable architecture can transform unused spaces into high-value productive environments.
