Neo Estudio participated in the development of Tecnópolis with a comprehensive approach to sustainable urban development. Native plant nurseries, rainwater harvesting and reuse systems, and cultural and educational spaces were implemented. This site was designed not only as an exhibition space but also as a model of sustainable infrastructure that promotes community interaction, environmental education, and technological innovation. The project has established itself as a benchmark for urban planning with ecological responsibility and a vision for the future.
