The Via Congreso Underpass Tunnel is an urban mobility solution that combines engineering, safety, and sustainability. Neo Estudio worked on the planning and design of the underground space, prioritizing structural safety, energy-efficient LED lighting, and efficient ventilation systems. Furthermore, highly durable materials and environmental management strategies were incorporated during construction.
